Quality, values and certified actions<\/h1>\n

True long-term co-operation is created by keeping promises and through uncompromising quality of the products. The determined and long-sighted development work, stability, and trust among the personnel and other interest groups are the cornerstones of the company.<\/p>\n

Certification shows that a company has successfully reached its goal of becoming an expert in quality, safety, sustainable development, and operational and delivery reliability. Operations which are certified by a third party are a reliable indication of a company\u2019s present situation and its values.<\/p>\n

\"leko-group-lehtosen-konepaja-ISO-9001-2015_ISO-3824-2\"\u2022 Lehtosen Konepaja\u2019s operations system is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.<\/a><\/span>
\n\u2022 We have a welding quality management system certified to the SFS-EN ISO 3834-2 standard.<\/a><\/span>
\n\u2022 Certificate of Conformity of the Factory Production Control<\/a>
\n\u2022 With regard to environmental matters, our operations are based on the SFS-EN ISO 14001 standard.<\/p>\n

We also operate as a globally certified subcontractor to our customers Kongsberg Maritime Finland Oy and Siemens Energy AB.<\/p>\n

Consideration for the environment<\/h3>\n

Our environment policy is the base for other goals and targets, and it determines the organisation\u2019s principles of operation. In all of the company\u2019s operations, we endeavour to take the environment and its well-being, as well as sustainable development, into consideration by improving production and auxiliary activities, constantly making them more environmentally friendly. When we select subcontractors, we respect them for what they do for the environment.<\/p>\n

Customer-orientation<\/h3>\n

Our business operations are based on improvement of our customers\u2019 success. With skilled employees, fair management, and modern equipment, we are able to operate efficiently and flexibly, to the benefit of our customers.
